Stockport has a lot of larger family housing in Heaton Moor, Heaton Chapel, Bramhall and Cheadle Hulme, where the usual brief is full perimeter cover on a corner plot with two road frontages. Mature front gardens and hedging are the practical issue: cameras need mounting high enough and angled to see past planting that will be a foot taller by summer.
Closer to the centre, and out towards Marple and Romiley, there is more terraced and semi-detached stock with rear access. Shops around the Underbanks and Merseyway are a different job again, where the priority is the till point and the entrance rather than the perimeter.
